摘要
对一台350/700型球磨机进行筒内降噪设计,用统计能量法进行了分析,论述了该模型的合理性与可靠性,研究了模型简化、统计能量法子系统合并、参数的获取、共振与非共振声传递等问题.原球磨机噪声的实测值与用SEA方法预测值比较一致,说明该模型是合理可靠的,并对处理之后的球磨机降噪量进行了预测,其值大约在10dB左右.
The noise of roller mill is often unbearable, but it is difficult to predict or control. Statistical Energy Analysis (SEA) is an effective method for predicting industry machines. A reasonable SEA model for a 350/700 Type Roller of Yangluo Power Plant in Wuhan is given. Model simplification, SEA subsystems merging, parameters acquisition, and the transfer of resonant and non resonant sound are also discussed. 10 dB noise reduction is predicted for the roller mill after treatment.
