摘要
Socket是基于TCP/IP的网络上运行的两个程序间双向通讯的一种连接机制,运用Socket编程通过测试RTT可以及早了解网络拥塞状况。
Socket is a kind of connection mechanism of the two-way communication between two procedures that are operated on the network based on TCP/IP.Test RTT via Socket Programming can know network congestion earlier.
