摘要
颅内未破裂动脉瘤的自然史目前仍不清楚，对这类动脉瘤的诊断和治疗存在很多争论。文章回顾了颅内未破裂动脉瘤的自然史、影响动脉瘤破裂的因素、诊断和治疗的风险效益评估，旨在为颅内未破裂动脉瘤的临床诊治决策提供参考。
The natural history of unruptured intracranial aneurysms remains unclear. There are many controversies in the diagnosis and treatment of such aneurysms. This article reviews the natural history, the factors affecting aneurysm rupture, and the risk-benefit assessment of diagnosis and treatment of unruptured intracranial aneurysms, and the purpose of this review is to provide references for clinical diagnosis and treatment decision-making of unruptured intracranial aneurysms.
