胃灵片的制备及其质量控制

Preparation and Quality Control of Weiling Tablets

目的研制胃灵片,并建立其质量控制标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对胃灵片的主要药材延胡索、白芍和白术进行鉴别;采用高效液相法测定成品中有效成分延胡索乙素的含量。结果三味药材薄层色谱斑点清晰;延胡索乙素的含量方法灵敏,结果准确,三批成品含量稳定。结论胃灵片制备工艺合理可行,其质量控制方法可靠。

Objective To prepare Weiling Tablets and establish its quality control standards. Methods Thin-layer chromatography was used for qualitative identification of the main ingredients of Weiling Tablets,Corydalis,Paeony and Atractylodes macrocephala and the content of active ingredient Tetrahydropalmatine in Welling Tablets was determined by HPLC. Results The chromatographic spots of the three ingredients were distinct, HPLC was highly sensitive and accurate and the content of Tetrahydropalmatine in three lots of products was stable. Conclusion The preparation process of Weiling Tablets is reasonably practicable. The method can be used for the quality control of Weiling Tablets.
