经尿道电切术联合丝裂霉素膀胱灌注治疗腺性膀胱炎32例

Transurethral Electroresection Combined with Intravesical Instillation of Mitomycin in Treatment of Cystitis Glandularis:Report of 32 Cases

目的探讨经尿道电切术联合丝裂霉素膀胱灌注治疗腺性膀胱炎的疗效。方法对32例腺性膀胱炎患者采用经尿道电切联合丝裂霉素膀胱灌注治疗,并观察其疗效。结果随访6～48个月,平均31.8个月,25例症状完全消失,5例症状基本消失,偶有间歇性尿路刺激症状,2例出现复发,活检病理确认后再次行经尿道电切术,术后继续用丝裂霉素膀胱灌注,随访18个月,未见复发。结论经尿道电切术是治疗腺性膀胱炎的一种安全有效的方法。术后行膀胱灌注有助于减少复发。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of transurethral electroresection combined with intravesical instillation of mitomycin in treatment of cystitis glandularis. Methods Thirty-two patients with cystitis glandularis were followed up for 6 to 48 months and were treated with transurethral electroreseetion combined with intravesieal instillation of mitomycin. Results Bladder symptoms disappeared in 25 patients;5 cases had urinary symptoms occasionally. Two of the patients had recurrent cystitis. Transurethral electroresection was performed again on these 2 patients,after they were diagnosed by biopsy;and then intravesical instillation with mitomycin was given. They were followed up for 18 months,during which no one had recurrence. Conclusion Transurethra/ electroresection is an effective and safe method in the treatment of cystitis glandularis. Intravesical instillation of mitomycin is effective for reducing the postoperative recurrence rate of cystitis glandularis.
