摘要
从工程上来看,不锈钢材料不是在任何情况下都具有较好的耐蚀性,在一定条件下,可能会出现点蚀、缝隙腐蚀、应力腐蚀和晶间腐蚀等现象。由于不锈钢设备的破坏主要是由孔蚀和应力腐蚀破裂所造成,因此对石油开采设施寻求合理、经济、有效的防腐蚀措施,一直是各国研究的对象。为了避免高温操作条件下,氯离子对不锈钢管线表面造成腐蚀,本工程项目中对其选用了喷涂覆盖层的防腐措施。
From an engineering point of view, it isn't perfect enough the stainless steel can endure corrosion in any case. And under certain conditions, the pit corrosion, gap corrosion, stress corrosion and intercrystalline corrosion may occur. The destroy of stainless steel instruments is mainly caused by pitting corrosion and stress corrosion cracking. And therefore it is the object for some countries to find a reasonable, economical and effective anti-corrosion measures. In order to avoid corrosion caused by the chloride ions on the surface of stainless steel piping under high temperature operating conditions, the protection method of spraying coating is applied in the project.
