进展期胃癌术前化疗16例报告

摘要 近年来．国内外众多学者对如何改善胃癌患者预后，提高手术切除率做了大量的探索和研究。发现通过新辅助化疗可以降低肿瘤分期从而提高根治性手术切除率。本院在2007年4月～2009年3月应用卡培他滨、多西他赛联合奥沙利铂术前化疗治疗16例晚期胃癌，取得明显的近期临床疗效，且耐受性好。
