摘要
以5个白菜杂交种和8个亲本为试验材料,利用白菜单粒干种子DNA快速提取方法,筛选出能够区分5个杂交种与双亲,并具有互补带型的SSR引物,建立适于SSR分子标记检测白菜种子品种纯度的反应体系。试验结果证明这套检测技术体系可用于白菜杂交种品种纯度室内快速鉴定,从而为SSR分子标记技术在白菜种子纯度鉴定中的应用和推广打下了坚实的基础。
Using 5 Chinese Cabbage hybrids and their parents as experimental material, a method of rapid DNA extraction from Chinese Cabbage single seed was established, primer pairs could be detected with polymorphism between the combination of hybrids, and a reaction system was established which was suitable for Chinese Cabbage varieties purity using SSR molecular marker. The results indicated that the detection method could be used for rapid room identification of Chinese Cabbage hybrid purity, and founded a firm base for it in the future application and popularization.
