摘要
以轮廓误差为控制量,在不对硬件作任何改动的情况下,通过对插补数据的修改,实现二维激光高速切割的轮廓精度控制,并应用于LOM加工系统.应用表明方法简单,效果良好.
Under no change in hardware, controlling of contour accuracy is achieved in high speed two dimensional laser cutting system by modifying the interpolated data according to the contour error referred as controlling variable. This scheme has been adopted in LOM system. The application shows that this algorithm is simple but efficient.
