摘要 在0.08mol/LNaAc-0.02mol/LHAc缓冲溶液中,利用铜与腺嘌呤的配位反应定量测定了腺嘌呤.腺嘌呤浓度在1.0×10-6~1.0×10-5mol/L范围内与一阶导数波高呈良好的线性关系,但在此底液中,黄嘌呤、尿酸等对腺嘌呤的测定有干扰,为此采用联机卡尔曼滤波方法同时测定了腺嘌呤和黄嘌呤.实验表明,当腺嘌呤和黄嘌呤两组分相对浓度比在15∶1~3∶7范围内时,能达到同时测定的目的. An on line Kalman filter polarographic determination of Ade and Xan was studied. In 0.08mol/L NaAc 0.02mol/L HAc medium, the polarographic determination of Ade in Cu Ade complex was established. The linear relationship was shown between peak current and Ade concentration ranges from 1.0×10 -6 mol/L to 1.0×10 -5 mol/L. In the same solution, the on line Kalman filter was used to determine Ade and San simultaneously. The results showed that when the relative concentration of Ade and Xan was 15∶1 to 3∶7, the satisfactory result can be obtained.
