β-胡萝卜素对晶体氧化损伤的保护作用研究

A Study of β Carotenes Protection of Lens from Oxidation Damage

通过测定体外培养晶体中ＳＯＤ，ＧＳＨ－ＰＸ和ＣＡＴ三种酶的活性以及可溶性蛋白，ＭＤＡ，ＶｉｔＣ，ＶｉｔＥ和ＧＳＨ含量的变化，研究了β－胡萝卜素滴眼液对晶体的保护作用．结果表明，与已研究的几种滴眼液相比，β－胡萝卜素滴眼液对晶体的氧化损伤有很好的保护作用，该结果为阐明其防治白内障的作用提供了基础．

β carotenes protection of the lens from oxidation damage was studied through the measurement of the activity of SOD, GSH PX, CAT and the content of the protein in soluble water, MDA, Vitamin C, Vitamin E and GSH, compared with several eye drops. The results indicated that all of these eye drops had protected the cultural lens from oxidation damage in some degree.
