摘要目的评价手术治疗粉碎性跟骨骨折的临床疗效。方法对17例21足粉碎性跟骨骨折给予切开复位异型跟骨接骨板内固定手术治疗。按Sanders分型，其中Ⅱ型10足，Ⅲ型6足，Ⅳ型5足。采用Maryland Foot Score系统进行术后功能评价。结果17例术后均获随访，时间6～24个月，平均18个月。其中优15足，良4足，可1足，差1足，优良率90％以上。结论切开复位异型接骨板内固定是治疗粉碎性跟骨骨折的良好方法。 Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of eomminuted calcaneal fracture with operation. Methods Twenty-one feet of comminuted calcaneal fractures were treated by abnormity calcaneus metal plate. According to Sanders classification system,five feet of type Ⅳ ,ten feet of type Ⅱ and six feet of type Ⅲ. Results All cases were follow-up for 6-24months ,all cases recovered with good healing of fracture. According to Maryland criteria ,an excellent outcome was found in 15 feet,good in 4,fair in 1 ,poor in 1. The excellent and good rate was over 90%. Conclusion It is a good method for the treatment of comminuted calcaneal fracture with open reduction and internal fixation of abnormity calcaneus metal plate.
