摘要
结合黄水河流域实际情况探讨并建立基于供水量准则的黄水河流域地表水地下水联合调度模型,并以1997年数据调算地表水地下水联合调度模型,从调算结果表明在黄水河流域进行地表水地下水联合调度充分利用了水资源并且可以防止地下水超采。
The conjunctive dispatch model of surface water and ground water is discussed and established based on the standard of water supply in Huangshui River Basin,combining the actual situation of Huangshui River Basin.And the surface water and ground water conjunctive dispatch model is calculated by using the data of 1997,the results indicate that it makes the best use of water resources by utilizing the surface water and ground water conjunctive dispatch model in the Huangshui River Basin.It can also prevent the overexploitation of ground water effectively.
