摘要
台湾地区图书馆非常注重馆际间的合作,成立了"全国文献传递服务系统"、"远距图书服务系统"、"教育文献传递系统"等多个馆际合作组织,而且馆际互借发展呈现出合作对象多元化、强调对等原则、服务方式和服务内容多样化、自动化技术应用广泛等特点。台湾地区馆际互借的发展在完善馆际互借规范、注重联合目录建设、构建合理的收费机制、健全版权保护机制、发展个性化信息服务等方面有很多值得学习和借鉴之处。
Libraries in Taiwan pay much attention to interlibrary cooperation, and have founded many interlibrary cooperation organizations, such as Nationwide Document Delivery Service, Distant Book Service System, and Educational Documents Online. The development of Interlibrary loan in Taiwan presents several main features, such as diversified cooperative objects, emphasis on the principle of reciprocity, diversified service methods and contents, as well as wide application of automation technology. Intedibrary loan in Taiwan has much successful experience to learn, including perfecting standards of interlibrery loan, focusing on the establishment of union catalog, establishing a rational price mechanism, strengthening intellectual property protection mechanism, and developing personalized services.
