摘要
为了研究阿尔巴斯绒山羊皮肤成纤维细胞系的建立方法和特性,试验采用阿尔巴斯绒山羊皮肤成纤维细胞进行了原代培养和传代,并进行了细胞曲线的测定和染色体分析。结果表明:组织块培养法的培养效果优于胰蛋白酶消化法,染色体数目为2n=60。
This experiment studied the establishment methods and characteristics of the fibreblast cell lines of Arbas cashmere goat. The fibre-blast cell lines of the ear marginal tissues of Arbas cashmere goat were successfully constructed by direct adherent culture methods. The result showed that direct adherent culture methods were superior to trypsin methods, the number of the chromosomes in Arbas cashmere goat was 2n = 60.
