PRRSV高致病性毒株的RT-PCR鉴别诊断及部分NSP2基因序列分析

摘要 为了区分猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)的经典型和高致病性毒株,试验采用RT-PCR方法,根据GenBank中已发表的PRRSVNSP2基因序列设计1对特异性引物,针对经典型毒株与高致病性毒株分别扩增出相应的576bp、486bp的目的片段,并对4份阳性病料扩增的部分NSP2基因进行序列测定。结果表明:RT-PCR方法快速、敏感、特异,可以鉴别高致病性PRRSV,通过序列的测定分析发现所得部分NSP2基因有相同的缺失,从而补充和丰富了PRRSV毒株的基因组信息数据。
