文章针对近期召开的十一届人大三次会议"把住房作为民生大事的重点来抓"的精神,根据节约资源、和谐社会、科学管理等原则,将当前我国住区结构分为混合型、开放型、混居型三种形式。并从规划设计的角度阐述提高住房质量和品质的重要性。

Aiming at the spirit of Eleventh Session of Third Meeting of National People＇s Congress recently held, which ＂put stress on residence as a major livelihood of the people＂, according to the principles of conservation of resources, harmonious society, and scientific management, the article classifies the current residential structure into mixed type, open type, and mixed living type. The article explains the importance of improving housing quality and grade from the perspective of planning and design.
