摘要
针对汽车制造业,用以模具对金属板材进行冷塑冲压成型而研制试验的清洗润滑油,是具有清洗、润滑、极压、防锈、安定、被清洗多功能于一体的清洗润滑油。经优选多种石油化工添加剂,设计了多种配方,做了大量性能试验,结合汽车厂冲压试验,检测,优化筛选,最终研制试验与BMW油性能一致的清洗润滑油(称试验油)。
Through selection of different chemical additives,design of formula and many contrast experiments,a detergent lubricating oil for punching in automobile manufacturing industry was developed,it has multiple functions including cleaning,lubrication,extreme pressure,anti-rusting,stabilization and passive cleaning.
