ICP-MS冷浆法测定超高纯氨水中的痕量铁

摘要 用冷浆技术对超高纯氨水(29%)中10-10以下铁含量进行了测定研究。用标准加入法对加标回收率进行了测定。结果表明:在冷浆条件下,10-10以下铁含量线性可以达到0.999 8,定量是准确的。 Trace iron(below 1.0×10-10) in ultra-high pure ammonia(29%) was determined by ICP-MS with cold plasma technique.Recovery of standard addition was also determined with standard addition method.the results show that under the cold plasma condition,linear of iron content(below 1.0×10-10)can reach 0.999 8,quantitative analysis is accurate.
