摘要
采用表面改性剂对多孔材料硅藻土进行改性,并以此作为单组分室温固化硅酮建筑密封胶的补强剂,研究了改性硅藻土多孔功能材料和表面改性剂用量、反应温度等工艺参数对密封胶性能的影响,通过扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、氮气吸附-脱附等温测试(BET)和脱附孔径测试(BJH)等分析手段对多孔功能材料的形貌、物相、比表面积、孔体积和孔径等进行了表征。结果表明:当w(表面改性剂)=(2.5±0.5)%(相对于粉体质量而言)、w(粉体)=20%~30%(相对于总量而言)和反应温度为100~120℃时,改性硅藻土多孔材料的比表面积和孔体积较大、平均孔径较小,有利于密封胶力学性能的提高。
With diatomite porous functional material modified by surface modifier as strengthening agent, so an one-component RTV(room temperature vulcanization) building silicone sealant was prepared. The influences of some factors, such as contents of modified diatomite porous functional material and surface modifier, reaction tem- perature and other process parameters, were investigated on the performances of sealant. The some performances of porous functional materials, such as morphologies, phase, specific surface area, pore volume, pore diameter and other performances, were characterized by SEM, XRD, adsorption-desorption isotherms of N2 by BET, desorption pore diameter distribution by BJH and other analysis methods. The results showed that the mechanics performances of sealant were improved because the specific surface area and pore volume of modified diatomite porous functional material were larger, but average pore diameter was smaller when mass fraction of surface modifier was (2.5±0.5)% in powder, mass fraction of powder was 20%-30% in total mass and reaction temperature was between 100 ℃ an.d 120 %.
