摘要
高校组织学生参与图书馆日常工作,缓解了图书馆人力不足的窘况,也给学生提供了社会实践的机会,因此无论是对图书馆还是对学生个人都是有利的。随着学生馆员队伍的不断壮大,学生馆员管理工作暴露出不少问题,如专业培训力度不够、学生馆员流动性大、薪酬制度不合理等等。为此,须完善管理机构;健全规章制度;注重学生馆员岗前业务培训;注重学生馆员职业道德教育;建立激励机制,调动学生工作的积极性。只有这样,才能保证这项工作健康发展。
The final task of vocational colleges is to train practical talents.Organizing students to participate in the library daily work can ease the status quo of the shortage of manpower in the library,also can provide students with the opportunity to take part in social practice,so it is beneficial to both sides.As more students being the librarians,there appear many problems in managing the work of student librarians,and it is our current task to deal with.
