摘要
介绍了用毛细色谱法测定氟树脂乳液中残余单体的方法。以甲基异丁基甲酮为破乳剂,用毛细柱使残余单体分离,然后用氢火焰离子化检测器(FID)检测、内标法定量。通过对各种氟树脂乳液样品中残余单体的测定表明,该方法灵敏度高、重现性好,应用于氟树脂乳液的科研开发与生产控制,取得了满意效果。
This paper introduces the detection of residual monomer in synthesized resin latex by capillary chromatography method,in which methyl butanone is used as demulsifier and residual monomer is separated by capillary column and tested by FID,and then quantified by internal standard method.Testing the residual monomer in various fiuorocarbon latexes shows that the method is of high sensitivity and good reproducibility.The method is used in the development of fiuorocarbon resin latex and the control of production,and the perfect result has been achieved.
