摘要
对3种铈锆粉CLZ,CHZ及CZA进行了XRD,BET表征,考察了CLZ,CHZ及CZA对催化剂性能的影响。XRD结果表明,CLZ能形成单一稳定的晶相结构,CHZ高温老化后分相,CZA不能形成稳定的晶相结构;BET结果表明,CLZ具有较好的热稳定性。活性测试结果表明,CLZ具有较好的热老化性能。实车测试结果表明,CLZ制备的催化剂能满足国Ⅲ排放要求。
The CLZ,CHZ and CZA ceria-zirconium solid solution(CeZrO) powders were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and BET.The CLZ,CHZ and CZA were performed in three-way catalysts and the catalytic performance was investigated.The results of XRD revealed that CLZ could form a single and stable crystalline phase structure,but CHZ had other CeZrO crystalline phase after heat ageing and CZA could not form a single crystalline structure.The BET results showed that the CLZ had good thermal stability.The results of the catalytic activities indicated that the activity of the catalyst including CLZ had good thermal aging performance.Test result in the real motorcycle showed that the catalyst prepared by CLZ could meet the durable requirement of Stage Ⅲ.
