摘要
给出板式工艺吊耳头部各危险截面拉应力、吊孔内表面挤压应力的算式,引入算例参数,给出计算结果并比较;对不同算法得到不同结果的原因进行探讨,提出算法和许用应力值的取用建议。
This paper gives the calculated formulae for the tension stress at every critical section at the head of the plate type of lift eye,and the compression stress in the inner surface of the eye hole.Then it gives the parameters for the comparison with the results.The reason of different results from different formulae is discussed,and adoption for the suitable formula and allowance stress is suggested in the paper.
