微量蛋白尿与高血压病早期肾功能损害关系的探讨

Microalbuminuria and early renal dysfunction of hypertension

目的:探讨微量蛋白尿与高血压病(EH)早期肾功能损害的关系。方法:选取我院2007～2008年住院及门诊高血压患者53例和健康体检者16例,用速率免疫散射比浊法测定其尿液微量白蛋白(MA)、α_1微球蛋白(α_1-MG)。结果:高血压患者早期即有理α_1-MG水平的升高(P<0.05)。结论:尿液α_1-MG的测定有利于高血压患者肾功能损害的早期诊断和治疗。

Objective： To discuss the relationship microalbuminuria and early renal damage of hypertension （EH）.Methods： 79 cases including inpatient and outpatient in our hospital were selected from 2007 to 2008,53 eases of patients with hypertension, 16 cases of healthy persons.To determine urine mieroalbuminuria （MA）, α1-microglobulin （α1-MG） by rate nephelometry immune. Results： Hypertension patients in the early stage appeared the increasing of α1-MG level （P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The deternfination of urine α1-MG is conducive to early diagnosis and treatment of renal damage of hypertensive patients.
