微量蛋白尿与高血压病早期肾功能损害关系的探讨 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨微量蛋白尿与高血压病(EH)早期肾功能损害的关系。方法:选取我院2007~2008年住院及门诊高血压患者53例和健康体检者16例,用速率免疫散射比浊法测定其尿液微量白蛋白(MA)、α_1微球蛋白(α_1-MG)。结果:高血压患者早期即有理α_1-MG水平的升高(P<0.05)。结论:尿液α_1-MG的测定有利于高血压患者肾功能损害的早期诊断和治疗。 Objective: To discuss the relationship microalbuminuria and early renal damage of hypertension (EH).Methods: 79 cases including inpatient and outpatient in our hospital were selected from 2007 to 2008,53 eases of patients with hypertension, 16 cases of healthy persons.To determine urine mieroalbuminuria (MA), α1-microglobulin (α1-MG) by rate nephelometry immune. Results: Hypertension patients in the early stage appeared the increasing of α1-MG level (P〈0.05).Conclusion: The deternfination of urine α1-MG is conducive to early diagnosis and treatment of renal damage of hypertensive patients.
