摘要
目的建立测定活血通脉片中芍药苷含量的高效液相色谱法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,Agilent Zorbax SB-C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-水(15∶85);流速:1.0mL·min-1;紫外检测波长:230nm。结果芍药苷线性范围为0.206～2.060μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.33%(n=6),RSD=1.60%。结论本方法操作简便,结果准确、可靠。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination of Paeoniflorin in Huoxue Tongmai Tablet by HPLC.METHODS A Zobax SB-C18 column was used.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water（15∶85）and the detection wavelength was 230nm.RESULTS The linear range for Paeoniflorin was 0.206～2.060μg（r=0.9999）,the average recovery was 99.33%（n=6）,with RSD 1.60%.CONCLUSION The method used for the determination of Paeoniflorin in Huoxue Tongmai Tablet is simple,timesaving and accurate.
