摘要
目的采用HPLC法测定克拉霉素微丸的溶出度。方法色谱柱:Water Sunfire C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为磷酸盐缓冲液-乙腈(600∶400),检测波长210nm。结果克拉霉素在0.05-0.21mg·mL^-1范围内,线性关系较好,r=0.9999。结论方法简单,准确,可以作为克拉霉素微丸溶出度的检测方法。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method of HPLC to determine the dissolution of clarithromycin pelletas.METHODS The determination was performed on Waters C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)column with mobile phase of phosphate buffer-acetonitrile(60∶40).The detection wavelength was 210nm.RESULTS The calibration curve was linear in the concentration range of 0.05~0.21mg·mL^-1,r=0.9999.CONCLUSION The method was simple and accurate and could be used for the quality control of the dissolution of clarithromycin Pelletas.
