高效液相色谱法测定盐酸川芎嗪的含量

Determination Content of Ligustrazine Hydrochloride By HPLC

目的建立注射用盐酸川芎嗪中盐酸川芎嗪含量的高效液相色谱（HPLC）测定法。方法采用ODS HYPERSIL（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）色谱柱,流动相：水-甲醇-三乙胺（40∶60：0.2,v/v）;流速：1.0mL·min^-1;检测波长：294nm。结果盐酸川芎嗪在1-100μg·mL^-1线性关系良好（r=0.9998）。盐酸川芎嗪溶液平均回收率102.20%,RSD2.28%。结论该法操作简便、快速准确,可测定注射用盐酸川芎嗪中盐酸川芎嗪的含量。

OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for the determination Content of Ligustrazine Hydrochloride.METHODS ODS HYPERSIL（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）column was employed.The mobile phase consisted of water-Methanol-Triethylamine（40∶60∶0.2,v/v）;with a flow rate of 1.0mL·min^-1.The detection wavelength was 294nm.RESULST a good linear relationship was shown when the conentrations of of Ligustrazine Hydrochloride was in the range of 1～100μg·mL^-1（r=0.9998）.The average recovery was 102.20%,RSD% was2.28%.CONCLUSION The methed was shown to be simple,quick and accurate for the determination content of Ligustrazine Hydrochloride.
