摘要
为探索感染性肺炎临床抗菌药的合理选用,根据感染性肺炎的不同种类来选择不同的抗菌药物。2009年10月我院结合临床抗菌药物使用的具体情况进行专项治理,通过行政干预、制度干预与技术干预,建立了比较完善的抗菌药品分级管理与评价体系,我院切实把加强合理使用抗菌药管理作为持续改进的重点,使抗菌药使用管理逐步走向制度化、规范化与科学化。
In order to search for the rational adoption of antibacterial agent about infective pneumonia in clinic,the antibacterial agent were chosed differently according to the different species of infective pneumonia.The hospital undertook the special-purpose management which combined the specific information of utilizing the antibacterial agent in clinic in October 2009,through administration intervention,system intervention and technique intervention,establishing the consummate management at different levels and evaluation system of antibacterial agent.The hospital emphasised to keep on modifying on enhancing the management of antibacterial agent rationally,so the utilization management of antibacerial agent would become institutionalized,standardized and scientific.
