磷酸钠口服液肠道准备法在结肠镜检查中的临床观察 被引量：4

摘要 目的观察评价磷酸钠盐口服液在结肠镜检查前清洁肠道的临床效果及其患者耐受性。方法记录服用磷酸钠口服液80例(实验组)及服用本院自制的导泻剂80例(对照组)患者对肠道准备的耐受性和不良反应,以及内镜下对患者肠道清洁效果判断。结果试验组清洁率(93.8%)高于对照组(90%),但两者比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。试验组患者对肠道准备的耐受率(100%)明显高于对照组(86.3%),两者比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。两种肠道准备方法均可出现恶心、呕吐、腹痛、腹胀等副作用,但试验组副作用发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论磷酸钠盐口服液清洁肠道效果满意,耐受性好,副作用低,适合结肠镜检查肠道准备。
