优秀女子投掷运动员冬训期间生化指标变化规律研究 被引量:5

The study of the variation of the elite Women Throwers' biochemical indexes during the winter training

摘要 以备战2008年奥运会的中国田径队女子投掷运动员为研究对象,在冬训期测试运动员训练后及周一晨血清睾酮(T)、皮质醇(C)、肌酸激酶(CK)、尿素(BU)及血红蛋白(Hb)、尿十项,探讨冬训期间运动员生化指标变化特点及规律,为女子投掷项目的科学训练提供参考。结果表明,整个冬训期T变化不大,但C升高,结果导致T/C下降,尤其在冬训的第三周T/C下降非常明显(P<0.01),然后逐渐回升;与冬训前比较,BU和CK在冬训初期明显升高(P<0.05),中、后期回落;冬训期间Hb均在正常范围,但第三周最低;尿比重高于正常值,尿蛋白阳性检出率较高,尿胆原和尿酮体检出率较低,尿糖、胆红素、亚硝酸盐的阳性检出率为零。同时发现女子投掷运动员冬训期安静时C值与T/C值呈高度负相关。 This paper took Chinese female throwers trained for Beijing 2008 Olympic Games as the subjects,and tested some physically related indices such as Testosterone (T),Cortisol(C),Blood Urea(BU),Serum Creatine Kinase(CK),Hemoglobin(Hb),urine indices after training courses and on the Monday morning during the whole winter training season,and attempted to find out some rules and characteristics of the variation of some physical function indices during the winter training,in order to provide a reference to the scientific training of female throwers.Results: T was relatively steady during the whole winter training but C increased so that T/C decreased(P〈0.01)significantly especially in the third week of winter training.And then gradually recovered.BU and CK increased distinctly(P〈0.05) in the former three weeks of winter training season as compared with before it,and then tended to decline.Hb was in the normal range during the winter training season,but at lowest level in the third week.Urine Specific gravity is higher than normal.The high detectable rate of Urine LEU,low detectable rate of urobilinogen and urine ketones,and zero detectable rate of urine sugar,bilirubin and nitrite.Also found that the women throwers resting C values and T/C value were a high degree of negative correlation during winter training period.
