冬泳对中老年人心血管机能的效应 被引量:9

Effect of Winter Swimming on the Cardiovascular Function of the Seniors and Middle-age Population

摘要 目的:冬泳对中老年人心血管机能的影响。研究方法:采用XXC-D型心血管功能测试仪、日本光电7503型三导心电图机、RGZ-RT型体重秤和(酶法)自动生化分析仪等仪器,检测厦门市40名中老年冬泳者的冬泳前后心电图、血液粘稠度、血脂等指标并对比分析。结论:1)冬泳能改善中老年人心血管机能,表现为脉率(PR)、收缩压(SP)和心肌耗氧量(HOV)的数值降低;而心输出量(CO)、每搏输出量(SV)、心搏指数(SI)和心脏指数(CI)的数值则无明显差异。2)冬泳能改善血液流变学(粘滞度)的作用,对预防中老年人的HVS有一定意义,表现为血细胞压积(HCT)有代偿性增高。3)冬泳可降低中老年人血脂和提高高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)浓度,防止冠状动脉粥样硬化等疾病。4)冬泳可加快中老年人肾血流量,减少血管紧张素I的分泌,增强心血管的顺应性,预防高血压和动脉硬化的发生。 Purpose:to explore the effect of winter swimming on the cardiovascular function of the senior and middle-aged people.Method: it adopts XXC-D Cardiowascular Function Apparatus,Japan Model 7503 Triple Electrocardiograph,RGZ-RT Weight Scale and automatic Biochemistry Analysis Meter,the determination of the electrocardiograms to compare the blood viscosity and blood fat in 40 senior and middle-aged people before and after winter swimming.Result and Conclusion: 1)Winter swimming improves the cardiovascular function of the senior and middle-aged swimmers.And their pulse rates,systolic pressures and heart oxygen volume have been decreased while there is no significant difference in their cardiac outputs,stroke volumes,stroke indexes and cardiac indexes.2)Winter swimming changes the effect of blood hydromechanics so as to prevent the HVS of the senior and middle-aged people.It also proves that their blood cell pressure areas increase compensatorily.3)Winter swimming decreases blood fat and increases the density of high-density fatty protein so that it can avoid the diseases such as atherosclerosis.4)Winter swimming speeds up blood flow in kidney of the senior and middle-aged people,reduces their secretion of vascular element I and strengthens their cardiovascular in conformity with other organs,which prevent arteriosclerosis and hypertension.
