摘要
为了促进全民健身运动的发展,探讨女性的年龄、有氧锻炼与身心健康的关系,采用问卷调查法,建立逐步多元回归分析模型,对健身俱乐部20-40岁中青年女性的有氧锻炼情况进行实证研究。研究结果显示:每次有氧锻炼时间和每周锻炼次数的多少对减轻中青年女性的身心压力、提高身心健康水平有非常显著的积极影响,而有氧锻炼的强度对健康水平则无显著作用;分析了其中的原因并提出相应的对策和建议。
To promote the development of mass sport and explore the relation among the age of women,aerobic exercise and physical and mental health,the paper adopts the method of questionnaire and builds up a model of stepwise multiple regression analysis to make an empirical research on the aerobic exercises of the women between 20 and 40 years old in the fitness club.Results show that the frequency and time-span of aerobic exercises have a positive and significant impact on relieving the physical and mental pressure and enhancing the physical and mental health.But the intensity of aerobic exercise has no significant impact on the health condition of these women.The paper analyzes the cause and proposes suggestions in this regard.
