摘要 本研究的目的是为了探索影响运动员跑步经济性(RE)差异的下肢运动学因素。根据.VO2max相对值及800 m运动成绩,最终确定7人为研究对象(年龄:21.43±0.53)岁;身高(172.8±379)cm;体重(63.66±3.82)kg;训练年限(4.57±0.98)a;RE(35.65±2.58)mL/kg/min)。通过spearman秩相关分析和主成分分析发现,受试者的RE与下肢主要关节变量的综合因素的相关性在水平上不具有相关性,研究结果表明,运动学变量的综合因素并不是造成个体间RE差异的原因,这个结果进一步说明,如果受试者的RE不同,那么受试者的下肢跑步运动学变量会表现出差异这种假设不成立。分析认为,下肢"拉长—缩短周期"收缩对改善跑步经济性具有一定意义,建议深入探索"拉长—缩短周期"收缩与RE之间的关系。 The purpose of this study was to explore the kinematic factors affecting running economy.Based on the 800m results and the V·O2max,We have chose 7 highly homogeneous runners(age: 21.43±0.53 years old;height:(172.8±379)cm;weight: 63.66±3.82kg,training period:(4.57±0.98)years and RE:(35.65±2.58) mL/kg/min as the Subjects.The results show that the rank correlation coefficient was not significant between the running economy and the kinematic principal components.So,we concluded that the kinematic factors which we have chose were not the factors affecting the running economy.The PAC(Principle analysis component) indicated that the synthetic factors of the kinematics can not explain the RE.Maybe,it was possible for us to understand the RE through SSC.
