Y-89是一种高级黄药,由甲基异丁基甲醇(MIBC)与氢氧化钠和二硫化碳合成,在我国得到广泛推广应用,它有多种同分异构体,具有相同的分子式和相同的官能团,它们的物理性质和化学性质应十分相似,药剂的浮选性能是它们化学性质和物理性质的集中反映。这种论点,被称之为浮选药剂的同分异构原理。甲基异戊基黄药的出现,证明这种论点是正确的。文章讨论了甲基异戊基黄药的浮选性能,试验结果证明其相当Y-89高级黄药。
Y- 89 made up of methyl isobutyl alcohol(MIBC), sodium hydroxide and carbon disulfide is an advanced xanthate, which is widely used in China. It has a variety of isomers, with the same molecular formula and the same functional groups, so their physical properties and chemical properties should be very similar. The flotation performance of reagents is the concentrated reflection of their chemical properties and physical properties. We call this argument as flotation reagents isomeric principle. The emergence of methyl iso-penty xanthate proves that this argument is correct. This article discusses the flotation performance of the methyl iso-penty xanthate, and the test results show it is the equivalent of Y - 89 advanced xanthate.
