文章介绍了变压器冷却装置的工作原理及采用PLC对冷却装置控制的原理。详细介绍了可编程控制器(PLC)的主要组成部分,西门子公司S7-200系列CPU226的功能及特点、软件编程,EM231的配置,TD-200显示器的组态。PLC依据变压器的油温调整冷却装置运行台数,达到冷却装置自动运行及节约电能的目的。
The paper introduces the principle of the cooling equipments of transformer and PLC control of cooling equipments. It introduces the details of Siemens S7- 200 such as the main components, the function, feature and programming. It also introduces the details about the configuration of EM231 and TD - 200. PLC adjusts the number of cooling equipments in term of the oil temperature of transformer so that the cooling equipments work automatically and the power energy can be saved.
