摘要
为制定中国健康老年前期女性红细胞压积参考值(温氏法)的统一标准提供科学依据,研究了中国191个单位测定的9556例健康老年前期女性红细胞压积参考值(温氏法)与5项地理因素的关系.发现海拔高度是影响老年前期女性红细胞压积参考值(温氏法)最主要的因素,随着海拔高度的逐渐增大,老年前期女性红细胞压积参考值(温氏法)也逐渐增大.用数学回归方法推导出了一个多元回归方程,如果知道了某地的地理因素,就可以用这个回归方程,估算这个地区的红细胞压积参考值.依据红细胞压积参考值(温氏法)与地理因素的依赖关系,把中国分为青藏区、西南区、西北区、东南区、华北区、东北区等六个区.
In order to supply a basis for uniting the reference value standard (Wintrobe) of Chinese healthy middle old female hematocrit, a research is made between the reference value of 9556 examples of Chinese middle old female hematocrit and five geographical factors in china's 191 areas, which are detemined by the way of Wintrobe laws. It is found that altitude is the main factor affecting the reference value (Wintrobe) of Chinese healthy middle old female hematocrit. As the altitude incrcase gradually, the reference value (Wintrobe) of Chinese healthy middle old female hematocrit also increases.Appling the method of mathematical regression analysis, one multivariate regression equation is given out. If geographical index values are obtained in some area, the reference value (Wintrobe) of Chinese healthy middle old female heamtocrit of this area can be reckoned using the regression equation. Furthermore, according to the similarity of the reference value (Wintrobe) of Chinese healthy middle old female hematocrit ,China can be divided into six regions: Qinghai-Xizang region, Southwestern China, Northwestern China, Southeastern China, Northern China and Northeastern China.
