摘要
本文研究用于全自动摩擦焊接装置中的一种脉宽调制(PWM)控制直线伺服系统,涉及永磁直线推动器(Actuator)的电磁结构及其驱动电源的不同PWM斩波控制方式讨论.通过伺服系统样机的试验证实了本文比较研究结论的正确性.
The paper described the design consideration of a PWM controlled linear servo system for an all electrical friction welding device, which involves the comparative study both in the electromagnetic configurations of the PM linear actuator and in the PWM control schemes of the power source for the actuator. The conclusion drown from the study was verified by the experimen of a prototype actuator system.
