摘要
对静音地板进行价值工程分析,从产品功能的角度,分析评价其成本功能优化程度。在明确静音地板的功能系统的基础上,首先采用0-1评分法,确定其功能评价系数及成本系数;然后应用最合适区域法进行成本评价。结果表明:静音地板的资源消耗水平较低,其实现功能的成本在原有结构基础上已达较优状态。
A soundproof flooring,made with a wood-rubber composite,is a new flooring product for the Chinese market.The authors used a value engineering system to evaluate the flooring cost and function.First,they analyzed the function of each flooring component and estimated the cost coefficients on a 0~1 evaluation method.Then,they adopted the most appropriate method to conduct the evaluation.The results showed that the structure and material consumption of the soundproof flooring was optimized.
