Wireless communication technology is the trend of communication developing,applying of the GSM SMS technology in such as civil and industrial areas becomes very popular day by day.This paper introduces a automatic water regime measuring and forecasting system based on the SMS of GSM technology,which has a small investment,real-time and high degree of strong and intelligent.With its features of wider bandwidth and all round real-time,the GPRS technology becomes mature increasingly,it laid a good foundation for applying of automatic water regimen measuring and forecasting system in the field of information transmission.
