摘要
对合同管理中容易混淆的几个概念如变更与新增项目、合同内项目和合同外项目、设计变更与施工变更、变更和索赔的主要区别进行了阐述,结合自己的工程实践,指出了合同管理中处理这几个问题时应注意的事项。
The paper expounds the distinctions between dual conceptions that are easy to be confounded in contract management of engineering construction such as changed item and increased item,item in contract and beyond contract,changing by design and by construction,changing and claim,and combining with author＇s engineering practice,puts forward some issues needing attention to deal with these problems in contract management.
