摘要
以岫岩玉废料为主要原料,辅以其他化工原料,采用熔融-浇注-微晶化工艺,制备MgO-Al2O3-SiO2系透明玻璃陶瓷.采用DSC分析热处理制度的主要温度点,通过XRD分析析出晶体的晶相,利用SEM观察透明玻璃陶瓷的晶体形貌.用快速升温和控制升温2种热处理方法,研究不同热处理制度对晶体形貌的影响.确定控制升温是最佳的热处理方法.分析表明,原料中引入氟硅酸钠和氟化铅很好地起到晶核剂的作用,析出晶相为单一的氟金云母.
Transparent glass-ceramics were prepared by melting-casting-crystallization process, using Xiuyan jade waste as raw material and supplemented by industrial chemicals. The crystallization tempera- ture was obtained from DSC curve, the main crystalline phase was determined by XRD diffraction analy- sis, and observed the crystal morphology of the transparent glass-ceramics was observed. The impacts of thermal processing schedule by quickly heating and controlled heating were investigated, and the result in- dicated determined that controlled heating was the best processing method. Analysis showed that Na2SiF6 and PbF2 in the raw materials was the best nuclei agent, and the single precipitated crystalline phase was KMg3 AlSi3O10F2.
