摘要
可变孔径膜是一类全新的选择性分离膜,其对物质的分离机制不同于目前一般的膜分离过程。在分离过程中,随着外界条件(如 pH 值、形成配合物、外加电场等)的变化,一这种膜的孔径或透过通道能够发生可控性变化,从而有效地对透过组分进行选择性分离。本文介绍了膜孔径变化的原理、膜材质选择与结构设计,以及可变孔径膜的应用。
Variable-pore-size membrane is a new kind of selective separa-ation membrane. The separation mechanism of this kind of membraoe is dif-ferent from that of the other ordinary membrane processes now used.In the se-paration process,the pore size or permeation channel of this kind of membra-ne isdependent on the operation condtion(such as pH value,formation ofcomplex,applying electric field,etc.)and can be controlled so that mixture feedcan be separated selectively.In this paper,the principle of the membranepore size variation,Selection of the membrane material,device of the membranestructure and the application of this kind of membrane have been introduced.
