导电真丝的制备及其性能研究

摘要 利用铜化合物与桑蚕丝中的极性氨基酸发生络合反应,在纤维表面形成黑色导电物质。研究了试剂质量分数、反应时间、浴比以及pH值对实验的影响,通过一系列的反应确定实验的最佳工艺。实验结果表明,得到的导电真丝具有良好的导电性能,根据X-射线衍射和扫描电镜照片显示,纤维表面覆盖一层均匀的硫化铜晶体。且处理后的真丝纤维仍然保持原有优良的服用性,真丝纤维强力未发生明显下降。 Copper compound was used to complex with polar amino acids of silk, and black conductive material was formed on silk surface. The effects of reagent concentration, reaction time, bath ratio and pH value on the experiment were studied. The optimum process was obtained through a series of reaction. The experimental results showed that the conductive silk has good conductive properties. X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope photos showed that fiber surface was evenly covered with a layer of black material, copper sulfide crystal. Treated silk fibers remained the original good wearability, and the strength had no distinct decrease.
