摘要
研究了经济环保复合钙/锌稳定剂SYE在70℃绝缘PVC电缆料中的应用,采用刚果红试验法和热稳定性试验法比较了SYE与德国熊牌复合钙/锌热稳定剂(简称热稳定剂XP)对电缆料热稳定性的影响,同时测试了两种热稳定剂对电缆料综合性能的影响。结果表明:SYE与XP对70℃绝缘电缆料具有相同热稳定性,且对力学性能和电性能的影响不大,SYE完全满足制备无毒环保70℃绝缘PVC电缆料的要求,可以降低生产成本。
The application of economic and environment friendly Ca/Zn composite stabilizer （SYE）PVC insulated cable compound under 70℃ was studied. The effect of SYE and BAEROPAN （hereinafter referred to as XP stabilizer） composite stabilizers on the thermal stability of the cable compound was researched through Congo Red test and heat stabilization test, as well as comprehensive properties. The results were showed that the effects of SYE and XP stabilizers on the insulated cable compound were equivalent, meanwhile the mechanical and electrical properties were changed little. The SYE composite stabilizer is suited to make PVC insulated cable compound under 70℃, it also could decrease the cost of production.
