China's Trade Policy Options Under the Financial Crisis

金融危机爆发迄今,我国经济逐步回暖,对外贸易额增加,同时各种对外贸易问题更加显现出来:除了传统的高额贸易顺差以及外贸依存度,我国面临的贸易摩擦日趋增多,且遭遇的贸易保护种类复杂,贸易结构不合理的问题。为了应对金融危机、推进对外贸易的发展,我国应当在短期内实行适度保护的贸易政策,同时也要以贸易自由化为长期目标。

As the financial crisis develops until today,various economic indicators of China rebound,and foreign trade volume has increased.Meanwhile,a variety of issues in foreign trade is even more apparent： In addition to high trade surplus and foreign trade attachment,China＇s trade frictions have increased each day,and encountered a complex type of trade protection,as well as the irrational trade structure problems.In order to cope with the financial crisis,promote China＇s international trade development,China should implement appropriate protection means in the short term trade policy,and also attain the long-term objective of trade liberalization.
