腱鞘巨细胞瘤11例MRI征象分析 被引量：6

MRI findings of 11 cases with giant tumor in tendon sheath

摘要 目的回顾性分析腱鞘巨细胞瘤的MRI表现。方法回顾性分析经手术病理证实的11例腱鞘巨细胞瘤的MRI病例资料,所有病例行MRI平扫,2例行增强扫描。结果病变位于手掌指6例、腕关节1例、足4例,MRI主要表现为关节周围肿块,T1WI序列11例均为等信号,T2WI序列5例呈高信号,2例呈稍高信号,2例呈高低混杂信号,2例呈低信号,2例增强后病灶有强化,骨质受侵犯3例,关节囊积液1例,关节周围软组织受推移包绕3例。结论腱鞘巨细胞瘤的MRI表现有一定的特征性。 Objective To analyze the MRI findings of giant cell tumor of tendon sheath （GCTIS）. Methods MRI findings of t 1 cases with surgical-pathologically proven GC33S were retrospectively analyzed. All the patients underwent non-enhanced MRI scans and two of them underwent contrast-enhanced MRI scans. Results The tumors appeared as a mass lesion with isointensity on T1WI and varied signal intensity on T2WI image （hyper 7 cases ,hypo 2 cases, heterogeneous 2 cases） located on the palm （6 cases） , foot （4 cases）,and wrist （1 case）. Enhancement of the lesions was observed after injection of Gd-DTPA. Associated findings included bone destruction （3 cases）,joint effusion （1case）,compression and displacement of the soft tissues （3 cases）. Conclusions Certain specific MRI manifestations of GCTFS could be assessed.
