摘要
随着市场经济和社会多元化的发展,有关企业社会责任的探讨正成为一种新的国际潮流。企业社会责任逐渐成为当今世界一种新的企业运营哲学,它既是历史的产物,又是当今时代的产物。我国企业要想获得持久发展,应该承担一定的社会责任,怎样提高我国企业社会责任意识和改善当前的现状是我国各界都十分关注的话题。改善我国企业社会责任缺失的状况,应当结合我国企业自己的实际,提出一套切实可行的具体措施。落实企业社会责任,使企业创造有效的社会财富,而不能只为了追求利润,这不仅关系到企业的生存,也关系到我国和谐社会的建设与发展。
Enterprise social responsibilities are a new philosophy of enterprise operation system. In order to get permanent development,enterprises in China should take social responsibilities; questions of how to rouse the awareness and improve the present situations are deeply concerned. The paper proposed some countermeasures against loss of enterprise social responsibilities and put forward that carrying out enterprise social responsibility related to the survival of enterprises and the building of harmonious society in China.
