The paper discusses experience and expectation in teaching the course psychology. Teachers should inspire student＇s interesting and passion,with respecting,developing and exploring student＇s personality in class. Teachers should encourage student＇s initiative and enthusiasm,and further to cultivate high-quality personnel with creative idea.
