摘要
眼底微动脉中轴反光程度是诊断动脉硬化、高血压的重要指标.本文首次提出了描述和测量中轴反光度的新方法——高斯拟合法,将原来模糊的描述用语统一为六个唯一确定的宏观参数,避免了人为误差.描述参数由最速下降法经迭代求解,使用尺度空间技术给出了好的迭代初始点,分析和实验都表明,新的中轴反光度测量方法具有很强的抗干扰能力.
Axial reflexes of arterioles in fundus images is the important index of arteriorsclerosis and hypetension. This paper present a new method named Gaussian fitting to measure and represent axial reflexes for the first time. Six macroscopic parameters are used to quantitatively describe axial reflexes, and human bias factors are avoided. We get these parameters using steepest-descent method in which a set of initial parameters are determined by scale-space analysis.It is found that local noise has less effect on the new algorithm and the parameters.
